Last week we wrote about 5 emerging ski towns you need to check out this winter. We took a look at some of the up and coming ski towns that are creating a buzz and getting more attention from tourists and skiers alike.

We know some people are not willing to take a risk on an emerging vacation spot until it gains notoriety around the world. This is why we are taking a look at some of the best ski towns in the world this week. These are some of the most desirable resorts and ski hills – known for their challenging skiing, world class resorts, and unique tourist attractions – many of which are north of the border or only a short flight away.

  1.  Aspen, Colorado

Ideal for great skiing and for celebrity watching, as its one of the celebrity ski vacation hot spots.
